Jetaz's Terms and Conditions — fully in English

By using the Jetaz platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions read, understood, and agreed to comply with in full. These terms apply to the Jetaz website, mobile app, and all related services.

Jetaz is a licensed online betting and gaming platform. To use our services, you must agree to these Terms & Conditions must be followed. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Jetaz.

The English version of these terms shall serve as the primary legal document. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version will prevail.

To register an account on Jetaz, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred)
• Maximum Deposit: BDT 2,00,000 (two hundred thousand) per day
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand)
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 15–30 minutes, though verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• A maximum of three payment methods may be added to a single account.

For unusual or suspicious transactions, Jetaz may request additional verification and may place a hold on payments if necessary. Jetaz maintains strict vigilance against money laundering.

Jetaz offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and referral bonus. Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement which must be fulfilled.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10x to 30x up to.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of claiming.
• Wagering requirements also apply to any winnings earned from free bets.
• Some games may not contribute toward bonus wagering — please check the details for each offer.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Jetaz:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed after an event has started are not accepted, except for live betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jetaz reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• For any disputes regarding scores or results, internationally recognized sources will be consulted.

In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is accepted will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jetaz platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users or Jetaz staff.

Jetaz may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• When suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your available balance before doing so. If your account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, your net balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Jetaz collects and uses your personal information solely to provide services and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
